The
2019 Chicago Auto Show is consistently one of the most exciting events in the
automotive world. Leaders in technology and design meet to discuss the latest
innovations in automobiles. This year one of the hottest topics from a variety
of brands is new trucks. We’re here to give you the run-down on the most
exciting new truck releases from the 2019 Chicago Auto Show.
2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD
Chevrolet
has taken the opportunity to significantly update the 2020 Chevrolet Silverado HD. This
truck is clearly designed for one task: towing. The max towing capacity has
increased drastically and can now tow up to 35, 500 pounds. The transmission
and the wheels in this vehicle have been updated to accommodate the new towing
capacity. Keeping in line with Chevrolet’s attempt to make the 2020 Chevrolet
Silverado HD tougher, this model’s engine has been updated to 6.6-liter V8 gas
engine as well as a larger cabin.
2020 Toyota Tacoma
The
2020 Toyota Tacoma offers some minor refreshes on the previous year’s model.
Notably, Toyota has chosen to update the infotainment system. Specifically,
with larger screens and new audio features. In addition, every trim level of
the 2020 Toyota Tacoma will be getting minor updates to the wheels and grills.
Though, these updates are minor they combine to result in a sleeker, more
